Having cycled about 70 years and counting, I have found even good products are only as good as the service behind them. Jax Huntington Beach is a Trek dealer but a great source of other quality products like Park tools. No products are perfect for everyone and Jax staff guide you to the best for you, then stand behind everything they sell. It’s a pleasure to do business there.
I ordered a bike with a pedal kit for my Grandson. It is his first pedal bike. The entire experience was easy. Jax Bicycle Center contacted me after the order was received to clarify a special request I made. The bike came in and they assembled the pedal kit for us. My Grandson was over the moon with his new bike. I highly recommend Jax Bicycle Center for their personalized and professional service.

Service guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had to get a new wheel for my eMTB; they found one immediately and at a very reasonable price. Other bike stores were either too “busy” to help or did not care to do so, and their prices were much higher. I highly recommend this bike shop!
The service tech missed a bad bearing on my bike but the manager fixed it without labor charge to make up for the oversight. I appreciate how the service center stands behind their work.
