I was on a ride stopped in to have my chain check for wear after 1800 miles. Service tech changed it out and had me back on the road in 1/2 hour. The Huntington Beach store staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased two mountain bikes from Trek, Remedy and a Rail 5. Both bikes have been great and fun to ride.

Service Area Staff Was Stellar! Wasn’t even a brand of E-Bike they carry. Technicians were able to fix a fairly complicated problem within a couple of hours. On top of that I didn’t have an appointment, I just rode in.

Great personal attention....for the 2nd time. I bought my 2nd bike from JAX as well. Sherry helped me with both sales. I'm a complete novice to cycling and she explained her recommendations, built a couple of bikes to try out, critiqued my ride position to be able to select the best bike and on and on.
