I have always had excellent service and quality repair work from your Laguna Niguel staff. We own a pair of Specialized bikes and originally took them to Rock N Road for service. Ultimately we had to find another bike repair store because service was unreliable at Rock N Road. The exact opposite of the reliability you guys provide.

Thank you Jax for making Christmas so special this year. From the day I walked in (October) to Christmas Eve staff was very helpful with picking the perfect bike for my son. Christmas morning was magical thanks to Jax.
Misty was awesome in helping me arrive at a bike selection over the phone and then get it transferred and built in less than 24 hours so I could get it in time for xmas. Service department (Jesse?) was also great getting my tubes and chains fixed on my other bikes.
It was your sales associate who assisted me. I didn’t get a chance to ask her her name but she was very helpful and accommodating.
