Service center with Don and Jacob, and others were very helpful in identifying the best approach for what I thought the bike needed. And it turned out that the work done was the right approach and the results once I got back on the bike exceeded the expectations of what I thought would happen. So I am very happy with the work done. I was very satisfied with the cost of these repairs and never felt I was being sold something that wouldn't make a difference in performance.

Nick is amazing. I am so impressed with his customer service skills, and warm demeanor. He was patient with me, did not pressure me into any services I did not need. I never felt rushed or like I was not important because I did not have a fancy bike. He also remembered me when I returned to pick up the bike after it was serviced. Great service and selection of bikes and accessories
I needed a replacement pivot bold & nut for my Slash. They found one at another store & had to special order the other. They were extremely helpful find the part & following up... all for a $20 sale. I really appreciated. I'm definitely a fan of Jax!
