The friendly and knowledgeable employees are great. They take the time to explain things whether it be for a purchase or for service. They don’t talk down to people or get impatient with questions that perhaps are very very basic. That’s why I go to Jax even though there are bike shops that are closer to my home.

Everybody in the store is knowledgeable about bikes. A big plus is how they are all friendly and accommodating. Never felt like they were up selling me nor taking advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to bikes. They were, in fact, very helpful by explaining what needed to be done with my bike and when I can come back for parts and service without pushing. My go to store now..

Joseph is a nice person who prepared my bike after purchasing online. The only compliant about the bike is that the price tag was still attached to the bike. Other than that I felt comfortable with Joseph, personable person and easy to talk with. Casey was standoffish and spoke only when talked to. Ask a question you receive an answer no more or less with him.
