I brought my bike into Jax on a Wednesday and was readily and politely greeted by Wyatt. I needed to replace my seat and have a basic tune-up. It was also determined that I needed a new chain. Wyatt explained everything to my satisfaction and didn’t try to sell me repairs I didn’t need. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. When I picked up my bike, Jimmy waited on me. He too was polite and eager to please me. He explained exactly what work had been done, suggested I take the bike for a trial ride in the parking lot, and then loaded my bike into my SUV. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, quality of work, and employees at Jax. My only concern was how long it took to complete relatively minor repairs. As I mentioned above, I brought my bike in at 11:00 am on a Wednesday and I didn’t receive a notification call until 3:00 the following Thursday.
My wife and I really appreciate Jesse‘s management. He’s a great problem solver always going the extra mile.
Great and fast service, the service workers talk and work with you for all your help. They treat you like a bud and make you feel at home and welcome. They have been my main bike shop for the past 2 years and I don't regret it!
