Work was done before of estimate time.
I walked in a a flat rear tire 10 minutes before closing and they helped me right away. Diagnosed a puncture in the tire and the fact that the tire sealant had dried out. Replenished both tires and had me out in under 15 minutes. Honest folks doing great service at a very reasonable charge.
I asked for the minimum maintenance to tighten the brakes and lube the chain. JAX went above and beyond to tighten up everything and even washed it from top to bottom! Very impressed!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. You found the items needed to repair my bicycle. It took a couple of weeks, but I think that was real time. We get used to every thing being instant and that's not reality. Thank you for your care and friendly service.

I love this bicycle store. I feel like the prices are fair and everyone who works there is professional and kind. They seem to really care about their customers and offer great support and services. It makes having to go into a repair shop an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this shop for buying and especially for their repair center!
