Manager Mike exceeded expectations dealing with my status as an out of state customer! My sister in L.A. made the purchase and Mike's jovial attitude had us all laughing. He arranged for safe and secure packaging through his staff; I don't have the mechanics name but thank you!! The bike arrived in excellent condition, requiring minimum build up, and rides great. I have to admit, I was a little stressed about purchasing a high value item and having it arrive safe and sound at my home in Tucson, AZ. That being said, my only regret is that I don't live in L.A. where I could commit to Helen's being LBS (local bike shop), because the staff is amazing. Thanks again Mike for all that you did.
