I have been a Helen’s customer for 33 years. Tons of bikes and accessories. The nicest staff and the best mechanics tat cater to kids, families, weekend warriors, mountain bikers and century riders. Highly recommend!

Wide variety of products and clothing. Great sales staff and grip notch mechanics. Trust all of them and I am treated as a friend when I walk in the door.
The person who took my bikes in for service was a bit rude. It felt like he didn't want me to leave my bikes there for service. He kept telling me that it was going to be too expensive to fix the bikes and that it was going to be a really long wait. When I asked if it would be cheaper/easier to get new bikes, he told me no. That really confused me. When I asked him leave the tires on one of the bikes, he got mad and acted even more reluctant to take the bikes. At no point did I feel welcome at the store.
When I picked up, the handlebars on one bike were loose and became unaligned with the front wheel as I was taking it across the parking lot. I took it back in, and someone fixed it right away. But, now I'm concerned how well the bikes were serviced overall. When I pay over $300 in repairs, I expect simple things like that to be taken care of.
I'm not confident that I got my money's worth, and I'm hesitant to come back and interact with potentially unpleasant employees.

Your technicians are very precise and thorough. I can tell that they take pride in their work. They are very careful to protect the bikes they repair from damages. Your company completes the work within the promised time-frame. Your billing practices are fair and reasonable.
