I love the products that were available and if it wasn’t at the location I went to they were helpful in getting me to the other location to see what I was looking for. The workers were all very friendly and helpful. They’re advice was very helpful and informative as well. Overall a very nice experience at Helen’s Cycles.
Professionalism is key. Bike repairs are straight forward. Not like other bike shop mechanics that fix one thing but purposely in a slight way do some tweaking to the bike that makes you come back for another fix. This place has always been my go to spot. But it's far for me. But will definitely be coming this far down across cities for all my bike needs.

I had an issue with trying to find a LBS to install a Shimano Di2 Bluetooth Inline Wireless Unit on my Specialized Roubaix. I tried five shops in LA and none could do it. The last shop I called was Helen’s Cycle. Now I know working with them was a dream.
Eric is service was excellent. He just asked, “How can I help you”? I was hooked.
I dropped off the bike on a Thursday afternoon and asked to have it back on Friday so I could do a group ride on Saturday morning. The brakes were T great and asked for those to be adjusted too.
They text to let me know it was done on Friday. Connected to eTube and my Garmin there quickly and ride today.
The brakes worked perfectly too. A+ to Helen’s Cycles and their repair staff
you charged us for a product purchased online that was not in stock. Bad inventory management. This is 2024. Wake up!

Wilbur is excellent.
I had a slow leak in my front tire and brought it in to Wilbur and he looked through it and saw that that the tire had a tiny cut. Because I ride my bike sometimes 10 or 15 miles, I didn't want trouble, so I had to repair it, and Wilbur did it immediately. A small piece of glass had apparently caused the small leak. I have had very good service in recent years and recommend Helen's Cycles because they know what they have to do to help us keep our bikes in shape.
Knowledge staff - most important. They are akso overall sort of happy people and seem to like biking. Bonus points for efficiency. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for biking stuff - service department is excellent too and speedy and diesnt oversell. Don’t even care that you are a little pricey - almost forgot -QUALITY bikes - up to luxury if that’s what you want. We’re weekend warriors but it’s fun to be with all those skinny guys who really know what they are doing
