I certainly had options in choosing where to buy my new bike (it's the third bike in my "posse" but my first electric bike), but knew that if I went to Helen's I'd be able to see a large in-stock inventory AND because the breadth of their product offerings were so broad, that I'd get objective advice about how and what to choose. Additionally, the individual with whom I dealt, Johnny, was friendly and didn't seem to push anything on me. So, to encapsulate, it's the inventory, breadth of products offered and friendliness of the staff.

Owner Jay has proven that great customer service is what keeps people coming back, and you can see it the moment you walk through the doors. Whether it’s Jay himself greeting you, someone from the service department, or a member of the sales team, everyone makes you feel like part of the family.
And when it comes time to check out, the cashier always makes sure you leave with a smile—genuinely happy that you chose to stop by.
Overall, Jay and former manager Mike have built an amazing experience over the past decade—one that’s all about community, quality, and that personal touch that’s hard to find anywhere else. 😉

Love Helens.🎉Everyone there is always helpful and acknowledgeable. I won a free E Bike from City of Santa Monica and that’s where I purchased it last June. I went there Friday because I thought my light on my TREK Electric bike was broken, but I didn’t even know how to turn it on correctly..Cameron immediately turned it on and showed me how to keep it on. Left it there overnight for a free service. Great place and prices..Kids bikes 🚴 too. 🎉
