I was able to bring my bike in and have the part that was damaged repaired. I appreciated being shown how to make some adjustments on my bike that I could do myself. Excellent customer service - was able to clear up an online order issue over the phone before they even opened. Their computer systems had gone completely down, so the gentleman I spoke to made sure the bike I had ordered was put aside for me and everything was cleared up, again, before they even opened. Then when we picked up my five-year old daughter’s bike, the sales associate spent a lot of time making sure she knew how to use the gears and was comfortable with her new bike. Highly recommend!!!

I liked the humble consultative expertise on bicycles based on my needs and overall amazing customer service. This bike shop is focused on "community" and not treating you as another number/sales target. During my test ride and purchase of the bicycle, Ian never made me feel embarrassed because I was a newbie to mountain biking. He was pragmatic about the size of bicycle; did not make it about my height and inseam, he watched how I rode the bicycle, where I placed the dropper seat to feel most comfortable, and asked how I felt on the bicycle (cockpit; too cramped or stretched). When I converted my new bike to tubeless, the tech (I don't remember his name) let me watch how it was done and explained why going tubeless is such a great thing, tips on removing the tire, putting it on, and what you have to check for to make sure it was seated right. From the beginning to end of the purchasing process each member of the team provided great tips, information, and overall expertise in what they do.
Customer service by Vince was second to none! I thought I needed to buy a new wheel for my bike and Vince educated me that I only needed a tube. Of course, I then bought clothing and accessories due to Vince's honesty and straightforwardness! I will bring all of my cycling business to Vince!
