I was really impressed with the examination when I dropped off my bike. It helped me understand exactly what I should get taken care of as well as what was recommended. Then, the tune up went very well and they cleaned my bike!! I'm very thankful and will be returning.
I have always been treated with respect, patience and helpfulness as a neophite to riding my old but useful bike. Your employees have kept to "ready on" dates for service and return to riding. I appreciate being treated well despite my lack of experience. Hopefully we have entered into a relationship that lasts for a long time. Great service from Erik and Frank. Top notch crew here. Rear hub re-build was done with DT Swiss bearings this time so I should get some real life out of that Bontrager wheel now.
You guys have excellent customer service! I was just surprised at what seemed like very low inventory. When I first walked in and started looking around, I wondered if you were actually going to close the Broomfield location?
