The bike that I purchased was shipped in and I received a phone call when it was ready to pick up. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted with a big hello and a staff member came right over to assist. My bike was in the back room, ready to go. The whole experiences was made easy by a very efficient and effective Golden Bear team.

They were terrific! They checked stock on one colored bike socks I was calling to find as a Christmas gift. When I got there they showed me where they were. They were friendly and helpful and I’ll be taking my bike there for a tuneup as soon as Christmas is over. Also they had a show room full of all sorts of fantastic bikes ! Lots of stuff to choose from. Highly recommend!
