Turned out I didn’t need a shifter replaced- just cleaned and lubed (didn’t try to gouge me for something I didn’t need); obviously this makes them very trustworthy 😁

Even though I didn't purchase for Golden Bear in this instance I will in the future. They're prompt about getting back to me on any questions and concerns. Frank and his team are knowledgeable and not high pressure sales - they want you to be happy and find the right bike to fit your needs. I've used Golden Bear in the past for both new bike purchases and bike service and I will continue to use them in the future.
