The ordering process went smoothly. However, we have not received the material yet.
It's really too early to conduct a survey. I should also add that if you survey 100% of those placing orders, you will get a lot of noise in the response; or no response at all, which was my first impulse.
Perhaps only first-time buyers should be surveyed - about a month after the order has been delivered. After that, a random sampling of those placing orders might be a better method.
I won't respond to a vendor who surveys after each and every contact.

Staff was very informative and did a great job on my tune-up!
They went above & beyond! I have talked with them on the phone 2-3 times and each time are very helpful. I originally had went in to check out a few bikes and spoke to a mechanic. During that time I was also looking at purchasing a used bike and they were willing to give me an unbiased assessment of buying used vs new. Although I did not buy a used bike from them that day, I realized they are in the business for a love of biking and not just for profits.
I recently went in and purchased some biking shoes and clips from them. They went above and beyond again by installing the clips into the shoes for me. The small things add up and their customer service is second to none.

I came in with my 13yo daughter looking for a bike for her. They spent a lot of time talking to us, gathering info about what we were looking for and explaining options. I really felt good about the process. No high pressure sales, just working to find the right fit for my daughter. That experience led me to bring my bike in for a tune-up and that was also a great experience. I don't think my bike shifted so smoothly or rode quieter when it was new. A big thanks to Al for taking great care of us.
