Staff were great especially the two guys in service on Sunday that answered my pre purchase questions and quickly rectified a issue with the battery door on the bike I was looking to buy. They did so in very quick but professional way saving a round trip to buy the bike another day. Thanks.

Shopping at Golden Bear Bicycles in Elhart was an enjoyable venture for myself and my wife. The entire staff was knowledgeable and courteous. We were happy to be able to purchase our bicycles from such a fine bike shop.

I spoke with Jason and he was very professional. He listened to what I wanted and made the effort to make sure that I didn’t over send on something that I didn’t need. I felt that there was no pressure and his honesty was appreciated. If and when I will get new bikes I will buy them at golden bear bicycles.

They had a bike that I was shopping around for my daughter's birthday and I ask them to hold the bike for me because I could not get there until the next day. They did and when got there we receive wonderful service. I would defiantly buy another bike there again, if need be.

The shop is great everything you need for your biking needs. The mechanics and owner are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If your a first timer or well advanced these guys are honest and help you pick the bike or accessories you need.
