Service and quality of service
I love having a "local bike shop" in Broomfield. I know that sounds generic but I think it has come to mean something important. It's a place to go for advice and guidance on bike purchases, to see and feel a bike, to take it for a spin so you know what you're buying in a way you never can online.
Also important, a place for professional repairs. I absolutely love picking up my bike after a repair at Golden Bear!

Golden Bear was right on the money with my bike service!
They carried the brand of child's seat that we read favorable reviews for and were able to attach the seat to my wife's older Giant bike so we can go for rides in our subdivision with our toddler grand daughter. They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff and get services accomplished when they say they will complete the job.

My wife and I bought bikes from Golden Bear Bikes a few years ago and really enjoyed the experience. The staff is eager to help and very knowledgeable. We also recently had our bikes tuned up in a really timely manner, and they are in great shape now.

Salesperson took plenty of time with me to help me learn and select a bike, it was a big purchase so this really mattered to me. Product selection was great, I got to explore a few bikes that were interesting to me.

Excellent service from everyone I talked to, from the gal who checked stock and told me to call and hold the bike if I changed my mind, to the guy (I believe he said he was GM) that helped me pick out new pedals and helmet when I came in to pick up the bike, to the guy in the shop that helped me take off the front wheel and get the bike into my car! Seriously, I'll come to you guys for any future bike needs, and recommend to everyone. Just overall an excellent experience for a first time "real" mountain bike purchase. Also, I called to put down a deposit shortly before you closed on a Friday evening, and it was ready for pickup Saturday morning by around 11 am. SO fast!
