I needed handlebar shims to stabilize my handlebars. Installed yesterday, ready to ride today. Thanks, Golden Bear for supplying the parts.
I showed up outside current COVID hours and you accepted my bike for repair anyway not making me come back. You cautioned me that it might not be ready until the following day, BUT you had it ready just an hour after you officially opened for the day.

Came in, and had a GREAT time experience. Owner of the store happened to be the one I dealt with and he was awesome. I was getting a tire fixed and he did it and was informative for those parents, like me, that don’t know bikes.

The bike repair was done quickly. I know you guys are busy. And I was early but you opened the doors and took my repair (it was 12:35, you didn’t open until 1).
I got a verbal estimate of $60. When I picked up it was $75. Totally fine, there was a bent piece you had to fix, but maybe call and mention the extra expense 🤷♀️. It was a pretty small amount, but for sure if it’s more.

Owner takes pride in his shop. Knowledgeable staff. Awesome customer service. Quality bikes that hold up well over time. My kids struggled with heavier, shorter wheel base bikes from Toys R Us and Dicks Sporting goods. They both have enjoyed youth bikes from here, my son is on his second bike.
