The condition of my bike after the service performed compared to before was Perfect!. I will make Golden Bear my Go-To bike shop for my mountain and road bikes, as well as the my families bike service requirements. All of the technicians I talk to were very attentive and discouraged me from spending more money on my bike than I needed to. In other words,, my first experience with Golden Bear was excellent.
