I was super impressed with Ian. I was looking for a bike for my daughter. I called in advance to make sure that there would be a bike that fit and was in our budget. Ian was super nice, and patient as she tried a few bikes. I observed him and the rest of the crew twice over a few day period treating the customers so well - even with a long line practicing social distancing. We were very happy with our purchase and experience. I'll go back to get a bike for myself as soon as I can!
