Golden Bear is a great shop, and they make sure to have a personal touch to everything they do. They have experienced staff who make great recommendations on bikes and servicing. Right now things just take more time since everybody is buying bicycles, or getting their existing bicycles serviced, but the people are doing their best to give you the help you need and to do things right.
Daniel was super helpful and all staff was extremely nice. We look forward to future business with Golden Bear!!

Facility seems concerned with COVID, so has made a number of changes to prevent spread including staff wearing masks and gloves and markings on floor to keep customers at least 6 feet apart while in line.
Only downsides: at least one member of staff was wearing facemask incorrectly (not covering nose while helping customers), and the card payment kiosk is older, requiring touching screen and using stylus to sign for purchase.
The staff was very friendly and I was asked multiple times if I had been helped. The team was great and wanted to make sure I wasn't waiting around.
