Customer service is amazing!
Vince and Sam were both awesome and provided great customer service! When we went in they didn’t have the bike we wanted so we left and went across the street to eat lunch. While we were gone a customer brought in her bike and it was the perfect match for what we were looking for. Sam pinged my daughter and we went back over and fell in love and bought the bike!

Every time I come to golden bear for what I think I need, I end up leaving with what I actually need and a lesson on why I need it and how to use it. Every staff member has become a dear friend and I always know it doesn’t matter if I ride once a quarter or if I’m commuting to work everyday, they will have my best interests at heart. Eternally grateful for their guidance and products over the last two years!

I had my bike in to fix squeaky brakes, the repair was completed on time, the mechanic took the time to explain exactly what was causing the terrible noise and options to fix the problem. I’m glad to report the brakes work great and are silent….the way they should be.
The store manager, Ian and the owner, Frank were great to work with. They provided useful information and technical support. They helped us select the correct ebike, made the necessary adjustments, and suggested the right accessories. It was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Golden Bear Bikes to anyone.

I have only used then for repairs twice and both time I was pleasantly surprised with the prices. They are very knowledgeable and up front with an estimate of repairs and and the possibility of additional repairs. No surprise repair bills. They all are very nice people as well.

We went in to see one of the Eco bikes which my wife absolutely loved! Eddie gave us the nut & bolt story of the bike. He doesn’t care if you come in with a $1.00 bill or $10,000.00 HE LOVES HIS JOB and the person he’s sharing the bike story with. I haven’t been there in about four months. Nothings changed—I’m still family! Well he DID get married! Congrats to the both of them.
