It was my first time in the shop and Ian helped us. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to take me through the range of helmets (prices, pros and cons) of what you have available. I ended up purchasing what I came in for but it was nice to have some perspective of what was available to me. I will certainly be back.
