I've had a couple of very minor warranty issues with my new Trek and Golden Bear folks were more than accommodating taking care of everything.
I am a new bike rider as an adult and after three retailers I found Golden Bear Bikes. They were so knowledgeable and helpful to get me set up with a great pre-owned bicycle and the safety gear I needed. The whole staff is very friendly and I immediately posted on social media about that. I highly recommend!
People there are amazing. My friend wanted to get a starter mountain to start riding with me. I took her to 3 of the bigger bike shops in Denver and got no help. We showed up here, and right away we're were greeted at the door, shown used bikes, helped with picking one, then the tech guys gave us full service on the bike to make sure it was ready for my friend. Then he help use find all the right gears for my friend as well. Love this place.
My 60+ year old, single speed Columbia bike needed brake work and the owner, Frank, took a personal interest in making sure the work was done right. The work took a little longer than originally expected but I'd MUCH rather have the work done right than than rushing the repair only to meet the original expected date. Although I didn't own the bike when it was new, the brakes sure seem like new to me. GREAT JOB, Frank! Thank you!

Great bike shop. First went in for bike service at the start of the pandemic when shops were 3-4 weeks out on services. They did a great job and beat their estimated return date by a lot!
Since then have bought a helmet and bike lock as well as had some additional services done by them. All in All, they are now my "go to" shop. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The people working the shop are always kind and helpful and I appreciate that because lots of bike shops have condescending bike shop dudes that make me feel bad about my bike or gear.
