I came in looking for a bike to begin riding again and working at a healthier lifestyle. Sharmaine helped me find what the right bike for me, unfortunately the bike was not in stock but on order. Sharmaine followed up to keep me up to date on when my bike would arrive. Once it arrived they made it a priority to get it put together and Eddie called to let me know my bike was ready. Once I arrived Eddie and Sharmaine went over so much about the bike and how to care for it. Very knowledgably team, I put some new accessories on my new bike and Eddie and Sharmaine installed them. Very positive environment will certainly be back for future bikes and service.

Dropped my bike off the afternoon before my appointment. Got a call later that afternoon telling me my bike was ready for pickup. They said that they completed some work early that day and decided to get a couple of other things completed that day. Not the norm in this day and age.
