friendly service. gave me exactly what i need to service my bike - no more no less.
The whole team at Elevation worked super hard to find the perfect bikes for my husband and I. When we went to pick them up, Jake was so incredibly helpful and assisted us with picking out the perfect accessories for both of us. He was patient and thorough and wasn't pushy at all. They truly care about making sure you enjoy the ride more than anything else and we could not be more grateful! We will be Elevation customers for life!
you need to have a better system for dealing with limited crowds in your store due to the pandemic. I went to pick up a bike that had service and because there were people in the store i could not get it without a 20 minute wait. You should have separate categories for what you customers need so the items that will not take long can be addressed separate from those shopping for a bike that can take along time...

The service is absolutely amazing. I was told my bike service would take 2 weeks and it was completed the next day. Drop off and pick up was more frustrating as the wait to be dropped off was close to 30 minutes (not one person came out before I was allowed in) and then pickup I joined the waiting line and was kicked out.
Better, specific information on the bike being shopped for or purchased. More care in how the purchased bike fits the buyer and adjustments made.

Nadine at Highlands Ranch was awesome. I called and ordered 2 bikes at lunch and picked them up later that day. She took her time, helped us pick out everything we needed, explained the warranty and services, and set us up with some great apps to find trails. A break in tune-up plus 5 annuals for each bike is a great deal! Thanks!
Everyone was very helpful - both on the phone and in the store. The man who talked to me over the phone was able to outline for me the difference between the two different models I was considering. It was an easy purchase.
And I especially appreciated the man (I forgot his name!) who walked my new bike out to my car and then put it in the back for me. So helpful! All in all, working with the shop was a positive experience.
The people & service are excellent, but the ridiculous/unnecessary/useless procedures & restrictions due to COVID are unbearable. Granted, as a first responder in the medical & health care field, I don't cling to the ignorance of the general public. And I do understand that some of the ridiculous requirements are mandated by state or local government, but I don't think all the procedures (e.g. having to make an appointment, locking the front door, et al.) at this store are required.
This feedback is not meant to malicious or derogatory in any way, but I just happen to see an extraordinary amount of ignorance & paranoia in our society. And I truly want your business to thrive & succeed, so that's why I am interjecting a little extra passion in this feedback. :)
