I love that Elevation Cycles carries a nice selection of bikes for kids as well as for adults. I ordered a bike for my daughter through the Parker location. They were very professional. They had the bike ready on time and notified me when it was ready. They were very careful about covid, requiring masks and limiting the number of customers in the store at any one time. They were courteous and offered to help put the bike on my car and I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Turn around time is probably the fastest in town. Elevation cycles changed the shifter cable in a few hours, covid protocols was top notch and the email/sms notification system was very efficient.

Evolution was the only shop in town with the plus size 27.5" tire i needed, and they had a great mechanic who was able to mount the tire or me while I waited. Great shop and I will definitely visit again next time i'm in town.

Not only is everyone at Elevation Cycles knowledgeable about their products and the services they provide but they will take the time to explain their recommendations and then deliver on what they promised.
Everyone also is very friendly at the store and make you feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you walk in.
Once again, the service on my wife's 29er was perfect. The bike was originally promised for Wednesday and I received a text message on Saturday that it had been completed. Kyle checked me in and his knowledge is very impressive. Joey actually worked on the bike. We used it that day and it performed flawlessly.
I have never had a bad experience with this shop. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my biking friends.

Don and the team of guys immediately fixed my flat tire after my ride and I was in/out of there in less than 5 minutes - no joke. It would have taken me an hour to do it myself with a new tube. Quick, pleasant, fairly priced.
Elevation Cycles has excellent customer service and bikes! I have been there several times to purchase and get routine maintenance on my bikes and I have always been treated like an old friend. The staff there know how to take care of their customers.
