Awesome staff
The people were very friendly - I have an older bike that needed some work ..they did the best they could to get it working again ..but it still has the problem I brought it in for - not their fault ...it’s probably time for a new bike ...I just want to keep this one going as long as possible because it was the last thing my husband bought me before he passed a lot of sentimental value in it

Staff is always helpful and attentive, I've never been ignored or left to fend for myself someone has always been nearby to help with any questions or finding something I needed, even when I'm just browsing they are nearby to help if it's needed.
NO parts for the kids bike I bought. Wanted to change pedals and handle bar gribs. Whoever assembled the bike looks like they stripped out the threads on the crank putting on the pedals, because when I bought new ones and changed before my child even rode it out I figured that out. Or it came from the factory like this. I if I can swap out a motor in a car I know how to change pedals on a bike so don't assume that I did it wrong.
The store got busy and I had to waited while the bike was "prepped" in the back. And when the new bike for the child ready to go it was just sitting by the register instead of coming to find me in the 'enormous' store you have in Parker. During my childs test ride I actually told the salesman the I won't go to a competitor because I had a bike serviced there and it came back dirty and greasy. And wouldn't you know it I wiped down parts of the brand new bike for my child before putting in in my car because there was grease on the frame when I went to pick it up I got it on my hands. I guess they just made me wait 30 minutes for them to look at it in the back, but not take the time to clean it.
Sure I only bought a $400.00 dollar bike for my child and didn't spend thousands, but guess where I won't come when she or I need a new bike. I get that your busy- but take my money, sell me a new bike dirty and don't take the time to come find me to tell me its done and I go somewhere else. And then upload my information to Trek without telling me.
And no paperwork to go with a $400.00 bike. Just a store receipt- no serial numbers or anything to go along with it.

The whole staff was extremely attentive and always asked if they could help me in any way. Kyle was great to work with in repairs and offered me numerous options for fixing my issue and I walked out with a quick fix that probably saved me hundreds of dollars for now. Great new find for a bike shop!
Your communication is lacking.
We called on Saturday to find out where our part was we order Feb 18. (Estimate was that it would be here mMarch 8th), they guy looked it up and said it is expected now in August.
Ordered it from Amazon than it has shipped, than we received email on Tuesday you have it in!
