Prompt service with very helpful service employee who answered questions and explained requested repair to my satisfaction. Would definately recommend Eddy's for service. I have not had experience with purchasing a bike at your store, however, if sales personnel are as helpful as service department, I will have no reservations in regard to buying a bike at Eddy's in the future.

What's not to like? You're knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and you have great turn around times. I also love that you are a Specialized and Trek dealership. You have top notch products. I've been coming there for almost ten years now, and I have purchased my last 3 bikes at the Stow location. I love the staff there. Also, I'd like to throw a shout out to George Mitchell for always going above, and beyond. It's the interactions like he creates that are going to keep customers like me coming back.
