Staff and all around great experience
Thank you very much for your recent assistance at the North Olmsted location. I purchased two TOWNIE bikes this year for the family and i experienced a slight problem with one and wanted a new mirror installed on the other. The sales / repair staff were very professional, courteous and respectful of my time and concern. They resolved the problem within 1/2 hr. and installed the mirror on the 2nd bike. I threw a few bucks in their breakfast jar, but will be back soon with bagels for the gang!

Wide variety of bikes and accessories. I was very pleased with the service. The staff were extremely knowledgeable snd helpful all around. My new bike was assembled and ready for pickup promptly. Since this was my first visit, I was more than satisfied all around.
Alex, our salesperson was very helpful. I was getting my nine year old grandson a bicycle helmet, and Alex was very patient, and was able to help us find what Jack wanted. I was very pleased with the selection, and plan on getting a granddaughter a helmet here as well.
I was going to give it 10 points, but one item’s packaging was damaged. The product itself was not damaged.

Have brought 2 bikes there for Tune ups and repairs. Staff is extremely friendly and have a great deal of knowledge. They don't try to oversell you things you don't need. Everything is ready when they say it will be.
I was surprised when the technician fixed my flat tire right away. I thought I would have to leave it to be completed sometime in the future.

I love the wide selection of bikes and bike products at your location. On a ride that morning, my rear derailer cable snapped. I went straight to your store, fully expecting to leave my bike for a week. The service man was able to replace my cable within 30 minutes. I was very appreciative getting my bike back the same day.
