Excellent bike mechanics
I needed warranty work on a Specialized Turbo Levo I recently purchased and the mechanic really understood what was needed to get the bike fixed right. After diagnosis he found additional issues that needed to be addressed while it is still under warranty and he made suggestions and followed through.
I have the bike back and it is in new condition.

I like how professional, courteous and honest your people are. I brought in a bike that had a defect (just bought it), initially just to get a "once over" done before I take it on a trip, and the kind young man told me straight up that I should return that bike because of the problem it had - if I never brought it there, I would never have known about it, and it was an issue that would have rendered the bike useless after a while. I then brought another bike up there for work done and it was ready when promised, the fees for repairs are fair, and I felt very welcomed while dealing with everyone. I can see why Eddy's has been in business for so long, and I would recommend that anyone go there if they need a bike, or service on their existing bike.
