Chain Reaction Bikes is a family owned and run local bike shop, thats been around for decades. The staff there are long-time employees who are experienced bike-riders and know bikes, components, parts and accessories. I have purchased Trek bikes and bike stuff at Chain Reaction, and used their maintenance shop since the 1980’s. They’ve withstood the test of time and remain my go to shop.

The service was excellent! I can't remember your female employee's name, but she was extremely patient and detailed in teaching me how to use the electric components on my new bike. She was fantastic! We read the manual and practiced until I understood how everything worked, including how to remove the wheels in case of a flat. My bike carrier was studied and adjusted until I felt comfortable carrying my bike on the rack.

As a first time drop in I was pleased that technician took time to look at my bike immediately. Not to saw the repair could be done on the spot. Everyone was very friendly. The bike was finished ahead of time. And the cost of repair was very reasonable.
