Great service. Keep my bike in tip-top condition.
Mike and his team take very good care of me and my bikes. I have recommend this shop to several of my friends and they have all been very satisfied.
Chain Reaction has been around for many years, but I have always used another bike shop. 3 days ago all that changed:
I needed service (my left Ultegra brake/shifter suddenly refused to shift from the small chain ring to the large), so I emailed Chain Reaction, per their website's instructions. It was a Sunday. Mike (the owner) answered me immediately, with specifics: when to bring it in, what the likely problem was, how much it might cost, and how long it would take.
On Monday morn, he was there, in the service department, and in 10 minutes fixed it! And - honest, this happened - he refused to take any money. ?! (I couldn't just walk out with the fixed bike, so I left a 20, but against his will.)
No guarantee you will have this experience, be this lucky, but I have to say, in my 40 years on a bike, it was a really wonderful first.

Unfortunately, my tire order was lost by the delivery service. Made it hard not having tires. Sales person made it up by upgrading our tires as soon as they’re available.

I appreciated the friendly staff and great service at a fair price.
It’s a family owned establishment, and it feels like it when you walk in there. The staff is friendly and takes the time to talk to you about what you need. Their advice is always spot on. I brought my wife’s ebike there a couple times for minor tuneups, and some troubleshooting service. Mike took the time to fully explain what was going on with the bike, and fixed the problem in a timely manner and free of charge. This is just an example of how they value your customers.

They take the time to know their customers and go above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment. Mike is always willing to do quick inspections on my bike if I’m concerned about anything (eg. Brake pads). Becky is amazingly knowledgeable and can answer any question about our bikes. Kevin is willing to help with whatever we need. Every employee is customer focused and provides exceptional customer service.
