This place is my permanent bike shop. They are the epitome of Customer Service and support. I have bought three bikes there since 2010. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a terrific selection, especially since they expanded the facility. I recommend them without hesitation

Service has always been great. The staff is helpful. knowledgable, and never pushy.
Steve was very helpful in recommending a different make of tires which saved money while still providing a high level of resistance to thorns, etc. Took the time to explain the pros and cons of each of the tire brands I was considering.
Work was completed on time and as promised.
Likewise, Becky and Kevin have great customer relations, great memories on who their customers are, and very helpful in assisting with product recommendations and questions.

As always, TREK bikes are proven number one! I always trust them since I started riding them way back. I purchased 2 bikes in 2011 from Chain Reaction and until now they are still in good riding condition. So when I decided to buy my wife an electric bike, I called Chain Reaction. The team were so friendly esp. Mike and Becky! They gave us a good deal. Becky was so patient and explained everything from bike sizes and fittings. Thank you, Chain Reaction and team!!

Timely service. Friendly people. They know bikes, their products, as well as the competitors. But it’s not one of those shops where you feel like you need to have studied all the new products and changes to ever evolving bike technology or have to be Cat 2 or higher racer in order to ask questions. I asked a truly stupid question, they didn’t blink, roll their eyes or in anyway react negatively. They answered my question and never made me feel like an idiot.
Chain Reaction has earned their top notch reputation. When something on my bike needs adjusting, I take it to chain Reaction because I know that it will work properly when they are done. Based on experience, I do not have the same confidence in other bike shops.
As an explicit example, I recently took my Felt road bike in to address a shifting problem that had plagued me for some time, and even with 50 years of cycling experience, I was unable to resolve the problem myself. When I brought my bike in to Chain Reaction, Mike was available and took care of me personally. He worked with me in the store to fully diagnose the problem (including setting up the bike on a trainer so he could observe the problem in action as I rode the bike) and then he proceeded to do the repair and adjustment himself since "he had the time and knew what needed to be done." And finally, he had me do a test ride when done to make sure I was happy with how things were now working before declaring the job complete. Needless to say, I am very happy with both the service and the result, and can recommend them without reservation.
