Great service excellent quality product
Up to now I have bought three bikes from Big Bear Bikes and on each occasion I have received excellent service both in the buying process and in the after sale service. I have recently bought a Trek Marlin 6 for my grandson for Cristmas and due to the shortage of bikes at this time they managed to get me fixed up and it arrived well in time for Christmas. The product they sell are of high quality but at a reasonable price ,I wont hesitate in using them in the future and would gladly recommend them to friends.

What an excellent bike shop in Pickering, North Yorkshire. An excellent staff, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. The shop is fully stocked with a fantastic range of bikes and accessories. They have a full service and repair workshop. I purchased my ebike from them yesterday, a Haibike SDuro Trekking 4.0, absolutely delighted. Thank you Alex for your excellent service and customer care. I would highly recommended Big Bear Bikes.
From the moment we went into the shop, nothing was to much trouble.
Never had a ride on an ebike before, so it was all new.
They listened to what we required, gave their thoughts, then allowed us to ride a few bikes, allowing us to make up our own minds.
We did not buy on the first visit, as we needed time to think it over.
2 months later after doing some research I rang and spoke to Alex, again really helpful.
Greater knowledge than most bike shops and nothing was a problem.
Needless to say we bought two bikes.
We highly recommend Big Bear Bikes.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, covid safe shopping, lovely bike my son is delighted with it.
When I spoke to the shop assistant I explained what I wanted to do with my bike and he fully understood what sort of bike I needed and that it had to be easy to use. He was extremely helpful and allowed me to try a bike outside in the car park , in the rain he was not worried that it would get wet and dirty like some other shops I’ve visited.
He then arranged for my bike to be brought from the warehouse and ready for me to collect the following afternoon .
Upon collection the assistant showed me how to use the gears and help me to wheel it out the shop. Superb service and I have already recommended the shop to a friend who is considering getting an electric bike.
