And after we made a decision, Alex managed to secure the bike very quickly, despite stock not being expected for months.
When we collected the bike, Alistair was also great and took the time to explain everything and make sure we were completely happy.
And the COVID arrangements made it feel really safe.

BIG BEAR BIKES serviced our bikes this week, we could not have asked for a better experience. The bikes were checked in quickly and efficiently, by a very knowledgeable team. We received messages during the morning regarding a purchase we were making and a call by lunchtime telling us the job was complete and ready for collection. A*+ service. Would definitely recommended this highly professional team.
