I had never been to the shop before but I was blown away with the service and the products. I was having a drop post fitted to a bike - from the moment of booking the bike in over the phone I could tell that the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and committed. The shop itself is amazing - some beautiful bikes that would only result in a divorce!!! And some top notch accessories too. The bike I took in had the post fitted and I was then sent an email and a text to say it was ready. Brilliant service all round - I would recommend without hesitation and I will definitely be coming to Big Bear Bikes again. Many thanks
