The personal attention shown by the staff to our requirements, Alex Oliver and Richard were exceptional they could do nothing more to help us repair and purchase a new E- bike. The time taken to explain the workings of the new bike was outstanding. I cannot praise Big Bear high enough. Will definitely use and tell my friends this is the place to go when either purchasing a new bike or repairs. They have plenty of stock and accessories. Well done to you all.

Brilliant staff, really helpful and friendly. They take the time to help you out and make sure you get what you need. Bought an awesome Trek bike for my 14 year old who is very happy. They even helped me get it into the boot of my car. Definitely recommend this bike shop.

Efficient service and friendly staff.
On entering the shop I was greeted by a friendly chap named Bobby. Bobby gave me informal honest advice based on his own experiences and he also brought some of his colleagues into the discussion. It’s great to hear from not one but several people as we all require slightly different things from our bikes and we also come in varying shapes and sizes.
After a lengthy discussion and being shown examples of the issues and resolutions for what I had been experiencing, a conclusion was set.
Many thanks to Bobby and his colleagues on their professional and approachable manner in which they carry out their (Sometimes considerably unrewarding at times) task of dealing with the public!
