Got a bike from my son, when we got it home there was an issue with the suspension, the guys from big bear bikes went above and beyond to sort this out! I can't fault them! Special mentions to Oliver who was my initial contact and very knowledgeable and to Bobby, who sorted out the issue! Fantastic.

Visited the shop on a regular basis for a variety of items, inc purchase of bike on the ride to work scheme, and found the prices competitive, the staff knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop spacious and well stocked.

Good range of products & very helpful staff. Mike spent a good hour setting up my new bike and showing me how it worked. When I have purchased elsewhere it was a 10 minute handover where they were more interested in me paying than anything else
