Excellent service - when I ordered a new bike pannier, it wasn't in stock and needed ordering from Holland. It took longer than expected to arrive, but i was kept informed very regularly.

The staff are very knowledgeable. They helped us get the right bike for our 4 year old grandson and within 2 days he was cycling unaided as everything was sized perfect to fit him including brakes!
