Big shout out to Mark and bike repair crew at BPS at Pacific and Burrard. Took my bike in with a problem that was diagnosed and repair recommended required rear wheel replacement. Upon removing old wheel, the actual problem was discovered, a small piece of plastic had become jammed in the gears causing the malfunction of the wheel. No need for a new wheel, the old fixed wheel was reinstalled and my bike was ready to go. No charge! I’d agreed to have the wheel replaced and the crew could have gone ahead with that and made the sale, but didn’t. I trust these folks and I’m glad to do business with BPS

John Fialkowski was great to work with. We started emailing first about my bike options. When I got to the store, the Kiwi woman was very nice and helpful and asked me to wait for John to be available. John was very patient and took his time with me. He also told me that I could come back to have some modifications done to the bike, since the bike is just a little too big for me but it was what I wanted (because of the price). Very friendly! I'll need to come back to have things adjusted but have al easy recommended tour store in downtown to my friends.

The repair job was excellent (although I haven’t ridden it since yet), they did in a time frame under what they originally said they would have it done.
The repair did end up being pricier than expect but that is not a complaint towards you guys. I really appreciated that the team reached out to explain that more needed to be repaired and confirm that it was okay and what the price would end up being.
Looking forward to taking the bike out for a ride soon. My partner and I bought expect to bring out bikes in for a spring tune up soon here.
