When you purchase buy a bike from them and you tell them I want this bike, but don't want those tires, and the sales rep tell you, yeah we could change them to one that you like.
They should tell you in advance that it is going to cost you to do so, because after they change the tires for me I got charge an extra 100 dollars.
Very happy with the Trek FX2 I bought three years ago, and the annual tuneups have kept me on the road. Love the service guys Eric and Tim.

the person who runs the shop really knows what is doing - you can trust him right away and is willing fill your needs.
Fixing the derailleurs was inexpensive, the mechanic worked quickly and was friendly. The fix worked completely and the wind was at my back going home.

Very flexible, I bought some rainpants that were too large for my friend for Christmas, and gloves that weren't wam enough for the cold weather. The person we spoke to let us change both items with no hassle even though the purchases were slightly over 30 days old. I would recommend this store without hesitation to my friends.
