Bought my Marin Muirwoods in 2004. I use it for my grocery shopping. I like your 5th Ave. store’s on-the-spot repairs. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Dropped off bike. Could have got my chain replaced right there, but they let me pick it up the next day since I had something to get to.
I go to Bicycle Habitat on Vanderbilt for all my servicing, and have never been disappointed. Tim and Eric are fantastic with my bikes.

Extremely knowledgeable, quick and effective repair.
Staff and manager were very attentive to my needs and spent a lot of time asking questions and explaining different aspects of the bike to assure I was comfortable with all of its features and to set it up optimally. No hard sell, they were patient and encouraged multiple test rides on various bikes. They offer quality products but more importantly, they are experienced, knowledgeable and a customer-focused business. Absolutely recommend them for everything from repairs to purchase of a high end bike.

I brought in my bike to be assessed on whether it needed a tune up and the help was very friendly and honest! They could have told me I needed more work done but they said all I need is a new chain. Carlos even fixed my jammed front derailleur while I was there, free of charge. Really helpful service by people who really care about what they do.
