Both times I called ahead, there were enough technicians to service my bike quickly! Everyone was very kind despite being quite busy. I'd happily come back again!

I brought a new bike in just to get the tires inflated, walked out with a safety check, a quick tune up, and a rear rack installed within 20/30 mins! Friendly staff and great service!
You all were extremely quick! Rolled into the shop, told ya'll the services I needed and 40 minutes later everything was finished. Also needed some pedals and one of your employees were extremely helpful in going over a few varieties with me.

First off, I love supporting a good neighborhood business. Took in a bike that hadn’t moved in 3 years and got friendly, capable service and a quick turnaround. Now it rides like new.
I came in to pick up my bike. The cost of repair was very high--over $400. Then after the sales person showed me some accessories, I was asked to wait. I assumed my bike would be forthcoming since the email said it was ready.
I continued to wait for over 30 minutes, thinking that my bike was coming. Finally, I asked where my bike was and it was brought out from another part of the store. Staff seems disorganized to me.
