I ordered a bike in December and never received it. No one told me the bike wouldn’t arrive and no one offered to refund my deposit. I had to physically come into the store for a refund on the deposit.

I've gotten repairs from the asian mechanic several times now (not sure his name). I've always been happy with his service! Very communicative and always does a good job.
The mechanic was able to help me very quickly and did excellent work, quickly, including identifying some additional issues that needed to be addressed. Very happy with the outcome!

I could get the kids bike I got a lot of places - I keep coming back because the sales staff is exceptional, and are awesome with my kids every time. I’ve been buying bikes here for years
The salesperson/mechanic was very courteous and helpful in making suggestions to ensure that the bicycle was a proper fit for me. The decorum of the facility was lacking in many respects, but the service provided helped nullify the conditions.
