It's even turned out to be nice that we wait outside while you work on our bikes, during the pandemic. We get to meet other cyclists of all types while we wait! And the bike knowledge of everyone at the shop a great resource.
I also like the great selection of things you keep in stock, from bike tubes and snack bars to bicycles. It's a great neighborhood stop, whenever I need to stop by on return from a ride around Prospect Park.

You had the bikes in stock and your people were very helpful and accommodating during my visit.
I was curious if my bike should have come with some sort of owner's manual or documentation.
Purchased a specialized bike, which I love. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all of my questions. Turnaround times to get work done on the bike is reasonable and again they take the time to explain what they did and how to better take care of my bike.

No customers are allowed in the store, and so there were just three or four guys standing around the front just loudly and rudely talking about customers and people walking by. The quality of service has steadily declined over the years at all of your locations to be honest. I had a store credit there left to spend but now that that is gone I will probably never come back.
