Overall, really great service! Just two things: 1) I was unable to leave my bike, so I had to wait around. 2) The price was pretty high for service and a tire (even though it was a higher end tire).

Everyone was super nice, the system for waiting and service was very organized, and our bikes were fixed on the spot. Great experience will be back.
Very few bikes of the right size built in stock (none at 24” and only one at 26”). Salesperson did not seem that knowledgeable about the bikes or the store’s offerings. Said he would call a different store to see what they had but he was never able to get through to them.
Rick the chief salesman knows his stuff and the bikes, wasted no time fitting me on a large frame and wheels with the right seat post height for me. I'm cycling like a pro now.

I love that the staff members take their time to explain everything in detail to a new bike buyer. I loved being able to test ride several bikes before making a definite decision and not feeling pressured to buying anything.
Selection, quick service (except when I brought like in :), didn’t try and push extra service or higher priced equipment.
Personal attention. Over the years you have come to know me and my bike. The staff was very sympathetic and helpful when my beloved bike was stolen

The team was super helpful in answering all my questions, letting me try out different options, and helping me find the perfect bike. Loved my experience!
I mentioned ongoing difficulties with shifting and strange sounds to mechanic, but this was not addressed. My bike was "ready" 15 minutes after dropping it off for the new bike tune-up. The bike was not assembled well, and the derailleur it turns out was quite bent from the get-go. My ongoing mechanic repaired the bike and it is now working better than ever.
It was disappointing to have Brian set the expectation that he would help me find the most comfortable bike for my large frame and then try to coerce me to buy another bike that I already said I was not comfortable with, while attempting to gaslight me into thinking that my discomfort with the smaller bikes I was testing out was “70% mental”. It was also disappointing to be told that I would be able to test ride a bike that was built for me to test on, and then when I show up to test out the bike I’m being told that I can’t test ride it because “it’s about to rain”, even though it wasn’t raining when I showed up. It was even more disappointing when I finally got to test the bike out, and upon setting my own expectation that I needed to sell my current bike (like new condition $500 bike) that the store would likely only give me $50 for it. Was also annoying to be told by Brian that he would hold the bike for me for an extra 2 weeks as a courtesy because “that size and style bike isn’t in demand”, and then I get a phone call 5 days later pressuring me to buy the bike.

Great Service! All the staff treat all the customers with the same level of courtesy and respect regardless of what kind of bike you own. Unlike that other bike store on northern 5th Ave, which shall remain nameless, that caters mostly to road racers. If you don't go into that store with less than a $2000 carbon racing bike you will get condescending and cold service.
Great service! That being said, I was sold the wrong part last time I was in there. I needed a threaded headset but was sold a thread less one. This is after I said "threaded" many times and we were all standing there looking at the bike which clearly had a threaded headset. Not sure how the disconnect occurred.
