Quick and painless, reasonable price
I recently purchased my first bike from Dave and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Dave's knowledge and passion for bikes is evident and he was able to guide me in selecting the perfect Trek for my needs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and made sure I was confident in my purchase. Dave's customer service was exceptional and he had my bike built and ready to ride in under an hour. Overall, I highly recommend Dave’s service for anyone in the market for a new bike.

I purchased a new seat for my Trek FX 9 and when I learned it was not comfortable, had no problem swapping it for one that was better.
Matt was unbelievable with his level of customer service. He went above and beyond to get me the bike and all the accessories I needed.
The bike I had ordered and left a deposit for turned out to be much to big and heavy for me. After the salesperson checked and found no suitable alternative, I received full payment no questions asked even after a basket had been attached and I attempted to ride it on the street. I couldn't ask for more considerate service.

Tim did a great job changing my front brake pads and disc. He then did a quick evaluation of my bike to make sure it was in good working order and advised me on what I need to do next. I always go to Bicycle Habitat to have them work on my bikes and have never been disappointed.

Could not wish for friendlier service! Needed a new chain and a new tire they were able to get everything done same day. When i picked up my bike they noticed something off with the handle bar and made sure to tighten before letting me go!! Honestly its a pleasure going there every time we have been going there for years and they always save the day!! Thank you!!

The best bike shop! So responsive and helpful.
I bought a new bike in January and it's had persistent brake problems ever since. I had to return multiple times between January and May to get them addressed. I was told I'd be contacted when parts came in but I often wasn't contacted and had to call myself after waiting a couple of weeks. Most recently the back brake rotor and pads were replaced and after getting the bike home I realized the pads were rubbing. I know I need to bring it back to be fixed but I'm running out of energy. I wish I'd gotten a different bike from a different shop.
