The bike mechanic was very nice and helpful.

idk if it was because it was the end of the day or what but everyone was tired to see me. 2nd time returning about my tire issue. surprised my last mechanic didn't figure out that the tire was the problem not the tube. had to figure it out and order myself
Noah was absolutely great - patient and helpful. My wife and I went in to inquire about a cheap $500 bike and ended up walking out with 2 matching $800 Treks and a bunch of accessories. I also had an issue where my chain was damaged and it was repaired in no time. Very happy with my experience and purchase
I left my bike for annual maintenance and i got it breaks (both of them) have been contaminated with oil. I nearmiss the fatal accident because of this. . I also been charge to fix my break again.

Bicycle Habitat service is always top notch. They go above and beyond and pay attention to detail. Recently, John was kind enough to help my 7yo use a screwdriver add a newly-purchased bell to his bike. My kid was very happy and proud.

I had just cracked up my bike, bent the rear rim so that it was unrideable. The mechanic who was manning the front desk said he could fix it while I waited, in about thirty minutes. Very accommodating and courteous service from him.
