Customer Service 2nd to NONE!! Bike Techs as solid as they come.
Clear and concise about pricing. Able to listen to budget and needs, got me a bike at the price range and the bike was new and looked exactly like what I needed. Chadd was very insightful. The installation for equipment is done that same day and I was able to walk away with a very nice bike.
Customer service experience is awful ! I got a tune up , after a month of riding the gears were slipping , wouldn't shift correctly
This should not be the case!
I have since brought my bike to another shop , less expensive , better service and finished much faster
BH used to be a great shop , you have employees there with attitudes , looking like they can't be bothered when you ask a question

I don't know how to spell her name, but Ally was wonderful to me.I've been wanting to get a new bike and I've been to may shops. Most of the time I was treated like an unlikely customer (I guess) and not taken seriously. (I am an active but older woman). Ally treated me with respect and helped guide me through the process- which took a couple of visits, but I was very happy finally with my purchase. Please thank her for me. First name removed (who bought a Trek verve 1)

Staff were attentive, helpful and efficient. When there was a minor issue with the new build of a bike, they attended to it immediately and sorted it out. So far, the Brooklyn Bicycle Co. bike we bought, fits perfectly and is proving to be just as described and fits our needs beautifully.

Excellent service and recommendations from the sales associate on my helmet purchase! As usual they go above and beyond!
Bought and got installed at the store an Knog Oi bell luxe. But the sound was muted. But after a couple back and forth with the shop, I had to email Knog and they said that its muted because the handlebars are tapered and not intended for my handlebars. Out of warranty and unsafe when riding because the bell doesn't work.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My only disappointment is that I had wider tires switched out to narrower ones. I assumed they'd save the wider tires and return them to me but the store didn't. They said I had to ask. Not insurmountable but a little disappointing because who knows if I'll want to switch back some day.
Efficient, friendly service. Multiple options available to me with education about each of them so I could make an informed decision.

Technicians are proactive but not pushy, they speak to my kid carefully and patiently, and they're good at their jobs!
