Overall great experience, This was our first visit to Bicycle cove We were greeted right away when we arrived. Everyone working were friendly and helpful. My wife and I have bicycles we have has for nearly 30 years ( Kona Lava dome) we have always keped them in the garage and taken good care of them but they needed tune ups. They did not try to oversell us on extra service. We bought new tubes, Tires and some cables. The work was done within a week and at a reasonable price.We were very happy with the overall experience and will return in the future.

I appreciate that you had a good selection of products to allow me to find an option to fit the personality of the user.
Had a broken chain on an old bike. Only repair option presented to me was a very costly overhaul which was not really advisable given the age of my bike. I had to inquire and push to get them to consider just fixing the chain itself for a nominal fee. Would have appreciated it if they had presented both options from the start even if the fix was not guaranteed. Felt like the only option they pushed was the expensive one. They seem like good people but I would have felt more comfortable with the business if they had presented all options not just the "ideal" solution.
