When there are issues the team listens and works out solutions. Front of house team are kind, reasonable and a pleasure to do business with. The bicycle mechanic had a great sense of humour and quickly identified solutions to my problem. I love my rail because it enables my long distance rides through the Otway Ranges.

I ordered my bike online and within a few hours received a message that it was ready to collect.
Duncan was incredibly helpful when I arrived and helped me with a helmet and shotgun seat, even going so far as to adjust both products in store so they were ready to use.
He and Ned were very friendly with my son and took the time to give him some stickers and a few tips/ticks for learning how to ride a bike!
