Ordered two new e bikes and was told delivery was 5 to 7 working days, Peddlers managed the order and had them ready for collection in 5 days which was brilliant.
Really helpful with information and a rare thing these days, they were very polite.

I really liked the fact that you spoke to my child rather than me about what he wanted, whether the bike was a good fit for him and when we would collect. I feel that he felt involved in making this decision to pay his bike rather than the comversation being with me as the parent.
