Buying my bike from the Battersea store was a great great experience. Firstly the layaway service that I was never hastened by, so that I could get my cyclescheme certificate in order was such a great opportunity.
But mostly the fact that I was able to communicate with an actual human, in the store, as opposed to any kind of chatbot or central office, was a massive reason I bought my bike here as opposed to anywhere else.
In addition, Maddie who was the person I communicated with was such a nice and professional person to deal with, from when I sent the first order til I picked up my bike a month later.

Highly recommend wheelbase Staveley, top notch service and after sales Adrian in warranty is just fabulous, nothing too much trouble and focussed on getting you back on your bike. Would not hesitate buying another bike from them.
So helpful - we had a major mishap - the crank came off of a friend’s bike whilst MTB (not a hired bike) the bolt was nowhere to be found but they managed to refix it, saving the day/weekend!
The hire bikes our party used were brilliant too.

I genuinely can’t thank the team at Trek Shrewsbury enough.
I’ve dealt with Peter, Lee and the team a number of times now, and the level of service has always been brilliant. I actually live far enough away that every visit is a two-hour round trip, but I’m more than happy to make that journey because I know I’ll be looked after properly.
What really stands out is how approachable and responsive they are. They answer the phone, reply to emails and, most importantly, they never make you feel like you’re nagging them or being a nuisance, even when you have lots of questions or need to chase something up. That makes such a difference.
This latest situation with my Supercaliber really showed why I keep going back to them.
When the frame was damaged, I wasn’t sure what the outcome was going to be. Despite it not being a warranty issue, Lee took the time to speak to Trek, explain everything clearly, help with the information I needed for my insurance and ultimately help me find a solution.
What I really appreciate is that it never felt like I was just another customer with a problem. They genuinely cared about getting me back on my bike and went the extra mile to help make that happen.
I’ve now got the go-ahead for a like-for-like replacement, and they’re even sorting the Invisiframe protection on the new frame for me. That’s service.

It’s not often you find a bike shop where you feel you can completely trust the people looking after your bike, but that’s exactly how I feel about Trek Shrewsbury.
A two-hour round trip might sound like a long way to travel for a bike shop, but when you get this level of service, it’s absolutely worth it.

I feel like the team know me and what I need. Mechanical work is done to a high standard.
Innovative solutions have been found to seemingly intractable problems. Knowledge of suppliers and warranty rules has enabled effective faulty equipment fixes.
I found O E bikes to be efficient and quick, I didn’t have to wait long for delivery. The part arrived as stated amd in a recycled packet, which I approve of. Their prices were also very competitive, I would recommend them to anyone looking for parts.

Brought my road bike in to have the bottom bracket replaced. I really appreciated the transparency around pricing, the work required, and the communication throughout. I’d definitely use their services again.
The only downside was the wait for an appointment, which was around two weeks. A shorter turnaround would have been great.
All the staff are so helpful from buying a flap Jack bar to a Bike 🚲 wheels or kit you need I can highly recommend Wheel base 5 ⭐ treatment
